• Represented a major telecommunications company in connection with the negotiation of a nine-figure deal with a smartphone manufacturer.

• Cryptocurrency was held in an overseas account.  The ownership of the digital assets was in dispute, and the regulatory oversight of the institution was in question.  We advised on how to resolve the issue to the satisfaction of the key parties, through a combination of regulatory analysis, negotiation, and alternative dispute resolution.

• Represented a rock band in an asset purchase to acquire their intellectual property and physical assets, backed by a loan secured by future performance revenues.

• Represented gallery owners expanding the business model of their successful art gallery.

• Utilized a novel legal theory to renegotiate a long-term television distribution contract in favor of a film production and distribution company.

• Assisted in the formation and governance of entrepreneurial projects, including:

  • an e-book publishing company;

  • a software company to license SAAS to tax authorities;
